Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States: $8.00 USPS Standard Shipping (3-5 business days).

We currently ship within the United States only.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is not available at this time.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at willowandgibson@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.

Damages

Willow & Gibson is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
